The #myECEAPwhy Contest
Who doesn’t love winning? WSA has teamed up with Lakeshore Learning to run an easy and fun social media contest to boost parents and caregivers’ voices as we build support for protecting ECEAP.
Parents and caregivers who participate will be entered into the chance win Lakeshore gift cards.
In order to be entered into the chance to win $50 Lakeshore gift cards, you just need to take 4 simple steps:
- take a picture or make video of your “ECEAP why”
- share your picture/video with your “my ECEAP why” caption
- tag your lawmaker
- use the hashtags #myECEAPwhy, #ECEAPisessential and #WAleg
The basic rules are:
- sharing or retweeting a post doesn’t count
- you must use the #myECEAPwhy hashtag so we’re able to track your entries
- the contest will run through October 31, 2020

- These are just sample captions – feel free to craft and post your own!
- Get active on all your social networks (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram). We are accepting contest entries on all three social networks and you don’t have to stick to just one. You will be entered into the chance to win Lakeshore gift cards for each network you post on.
- Increase your chances of winning by reminding your friends and family to like, share and/or retweet your posts with their social followers.
